Leiðin heim (icelandic: 'The way home') is a holistic healing center in Reykjavík founded by Atma (Silvia Bök), offering a range of holistic approaches for healing and transformation in individual sessions. Her group healing events include family/ trauma constellations, self-awareness and transformation courses, active meditations and angelic healing.

Her mission is to provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to discover their own inner wisdom and healing potential.

Saraswati leads classes, retreats, ceremonies, and workshops. She still continues to teach across the globe as well as on her online platform. Saraswati OM is originally from Central New York where she opened the first Yoga Wellness & Sound Center in her region. She held the space successfully for 17 years, training yoga teachers as well as sound and ceremony practitioners from all over the world
